Currently, I only see clients through Telehealth. I am licensed in New York and certified as a telehealth provider in Florida, so I can see clients located in NY and FL.

50 minutes. There is a possibility of having extended sessions for couple sessions and EMDR sessions.
EMDR sessions offer the option for longer durations, providing ample time for reprocessing. If you are interested in half-day or full-day EMDR treatment, please reach out for more information.

I work with out-of-network benefits. Some plans will cover up to 80% of the session fee.
If you're unsure about your out-of-network benefits, please contact me, and I'll be happy to find out for you.
I accept self-pay, as well.

Of course, it depends on the work we are doing. It can be 3 months, 6 months, a year, or 2 years. Research shows that EMDR is proven to shorten treatment time considerably.

Generally, all information and interactions with a client are kept confidential. However, there are a few exceptions such as:
If I believe a client is an immediate threat to themselves, I must ensure the safety of the client.
I must inform law enforcement if I believe a client is going to harm someone else.
I must report any suspected child abuse or elder abuse.
If any situations like this arise, we will discuss them.
